[Tweeters] Eastern Washington birding now?

Do any of you have recommendations for birding east of the mountains in the
next couple of weeks?  I'm thinking of making Wenatchee home base for a day
or two but I could change that.
Are waterfowl arriving?  Hunting considerations?
Any suggestions would help.
