[UW-GIS-L] Upgrading lib-licensing2 and lib-licensing

Hello,

We will be working on lib-licensing2 and lib-licensing servers today to upgrade their license managers and their 2022-2023 provisioning files.

Lib-licensing2 will be down at 9:45AM (9/9/2022)
Lib-licensing will be down at 10:30AM (9/9/2022)

If you have your ArcGIS software set per recommendation https://sites.uw.edu/arcgis/software/arcgis-desktop/arcmap/on-campus/, you should not see any disruption.

I'll send out the all-clear message after we're done upgrading them.
