[UW-GIS-L] Publish Role access

 I'm trying to publish features/shapefiles to the UW ArcGIS portal. I don't
think I have permission to do this on my account, can I get a publishing
role, even temporarily?

I have my arcgis pro account attached to the uw licensing, and I am able to
access data published by uw except anything that I have added to through
'my content'. I'm also unable to search for the content I uploaded and made
shareable to the public. I also don't have access to the portal in arcgis,
or publishing tools in arcgis pro. When I ran into this issue a few years
ago, it was just that there weren't administrative permissions on my
account to publicly publish information.
