Attention: Graduating Seniors
Re: Graduation Applications and Appointments

Those students who intend to graduate at the end of autumn quarter must have a graduation application on file no later than October 9th.

First step:
Review and check your DARS report! 
If you notice any discrepancies, please feel free to email me, jillh at u.washington.edu (include your name and student number). Very often changes can be made quickly, this will expedite your application.

Second step:
Call the Urban Studies Office, 253-692-5880 to schedule an appointment. 
When you schedule your appointment, please specify that the appointment is for completing your graduation application.

Your appointment will include verifying your completed and planned coursework and submitting paperwork for degree completion.
