[Uwt-urban] NEED Student Volunteers for Forum, Feb. 9th

Hi all, 

The Urban Studies Annual Forum is happening next Thursday, February 9th, and we need volunteers!  We'll need volunteers from about 7:00am to 4pm in shifts.  Three volunteers are needed for each session to run microphones and keep time for speakers, and we'll need a few volunteers at the registration table throughout the day.  Any time you are available would be a huge help!  Shifts available: 

7:00-8:15 Set Up, Breakfast & Welcome 
8:15-10:00 Panel 1 
10:15-11:45 Panel 2 
12:00-1:30 Panel 3 
1:45-3:00 Panel 4 
3-4 Clean Up 

Please e-mail Marcie mcpjgj at uw.edu or stop by the Urban Studies office (GWP 407) to sign up, and indicate what times you are available.  There will be people from the City, Non-Profits, and organizations in Tacoma, so this is a great way to network . . . and maybe get some extra credit for your classes!
