RezHeadz Entertainment Exclusive
Interview with Vice Pesident elect Tom Poor Bear
Recently RezHeadz CEO, Jason "Smoke" Nichols, and his long time friend and mentor,
Tom Poor Bear sat down to discuss the recent elections in Pine Ridge South Dakota.
Smoke: First off I would like to congratulate you on your recent victory!
Tom: Thank you my brother,
Smoke: Alright lets jump right into this! For the record you are the first "AIM"
member to ever hold the position as Vice President of the Oglala Sioux Tribe right?
Tom: Yes I am...
Smoke: What do you think it was that made your campaign successful?
Tom: Well brother, it's all about trust and our people have lost faith in our tribal
government. It is my mission to bring back that trust.
We have districts that have no clue as to the decisions that are being made on their
behalf. It is time we start communicating more with our people.
Smoke: Lets talk about some of the other issues, like suicide prevention. What are
your plans to address this issue?
Tom: Great question! I am working on a program as we speak that is designed to address
that very issue in a more traditional way...
Smoke: How exactly?
Tom: I am reintroducing the Horse to our youth. Me and my good friend Percy White
Plum are working on that diligently. Ya see Smoke, the Horse symbolizes the spirit
and essence of our people just like the buffalo does.
The Horse is strength, it is an empowering animal and its time for the youth to
find that same power within themselves again.
Smoke: There is no man better for the job. I am glad we had a chance to see each
other again and on behalf of RezHeadz Entertainment we wish you the best...
On December 7th 2010.
Tom Poor Bear will officially be appointed to office. Vice President Tom Poor Bear
has requested that "Smoke" be his guest of honor as well as a guest speaker at the

The smiles on their faces says it all...
This is a picture from one of our most recent events
on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. It is these smiles, and the
spirit of togetherness that makes our events special.
The "Tizz the Season Tour" will be making it's way through Indian country over the
next few months making its primary focus the everyday gifts that can easily be overlooked;
Family, Education, Tradition, and most important of all, the Gift of Life. During
this time of year emotions run high and we see tragic circumstances arise at an
alarming rate. That is exactly why our focus will be on the discouragement of Bullying,
Drug and Alcohol abuse, Domestic Violence and Suicide. The Tour is in motion and
is currently accepting dates as early as November 10th, 2010.
Don't miss this one! Give the Gift of Motivation!

Thank you and your staff so much for the very special "Gathering of Native Americans"
day that took place on September 23, 2010.
The students were extremely excited about the events. Comments that came from students
"I wish we could have this kind of day, everyday."
"I really liked the poetry part, it made me think I could be poet."
"I liked hearing the stories, they were powerful."
"It was nice to feel like we were special."
I had many more comments and then some by staff. The teacher comments included:
"Boy, our students really are very well behaved."
" The stories that people told were amazing, I feel like a changed person."
" The kids really like this, and know it is for them."
We all learned a lot. Thank you again for your work to bring something very special
to our students.
Thank you for all your support! Happy Holidays to all of you!
Please forward this on to your friends and family.
