[Tweeters] White Winged Scoter at Dash Point State Park

Last Saturday, Dec 2, I saw my first White Winged Scoter of the season. There was a pair quite aways offshore, not associated with any of the Surf Scoter groups. There were also 20+ Greater Scaup, even farther offshore. Most were females.
