[Tweeters] Snowy Owls - not likely

>From my perspective, it does not look like a good year for Snowy Owls to

show up here, at least not in bigger numbers.

Looking at ebird.org/map - Snowy Owls, there are very few reports below
the Canadian border. Most of the reports in Canada seem to be either single
or 2-4 birds at any location. However, there is a report from April 7th of
this year in Saskatchewan of 22 birds. Now that would be great to see.
