[Tweeters] Cooper’s Hawk

A female Cooper’s Hawk at Saint Mary’s Church, hiding in a Birch tree.
Bright sun in late afternoon. The hawk left the tree to fly at about 30
feet altitude over open territory to reach an evergreen tree and swoop
upward to the top. The wing beats were stiff and rapid. The action was from
