[Tweeters] birding trip recommendations

Greeting all,  I am hoping for some help in finding a birding trip for
November or December or January 2025 timeframe, for about one to two weeks.

I don't have any idea where to go or what to see,  preferably somewhere
warm.  I was thinking Costa Rica but I do not have idea where to start.

I am open to any and all suggestions
